Things to Know

When disaster happens there are a few things you should know to put the wheels in motion for a complete and successful restoration.  You are experiencing a lot of stress and have many unanswered questions. 

Most important, stay calm and stay in control.  There will be a lot going on for the next few days, weeks or even months but help is here for you.
